A Guerra dos Tronos bate recorde de nomeações nos Emmys. Chernobyl também brilha

A série da HBO “A Guerra dos Tronos”, cuja oitava e última temporada estreou em maio passado, bateu o recorde de nomeações para os Emmys Awards ao receber 32 indicações para o prémio mais importante da televisão.

A mini-série “Chernobyl“, também da HBO – que narra a explosão do quarto reator da usina nuclear de Chernobyl, na Ucrânia soviética, em 1986, e que desde 6 de maio está no topo da lista das séries mais bem classificadas do IMDB, também brilhou, recebendo um total de 19 indicações para os Emmys. Seguiu-se depois Barry com 17 indicações.

Ao todo, a HBO somou 137 indicações, seguindo-se depois a Netflix com 117 indicações, lideradas pelo drama “When They See Us” e pela comédia “Russian Doll”.

Também a produção a Amazon “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” reuniu 19 nomeações.

A 71.ª edição dos Emmy Awards vai decorrer a 22 de setembro no Microsoft Theater, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos. O apresentador deste ano ainda não foi revelado.
